I'm lucky enough to have worked on large-scale projects that had real impacts on the organization. Here are a few examples of my work.

Internal Communications

This hyper-growth start-up was scaling faster than it could onboard new employees. To ensure culture and manage change, I created and rolled out a comprehensive internal comms strategy that reached corporate and manufacturing employees.

Nasdaq Education

When our company went public, a lot had to change about day-to-day operations and communications. In collaboration with legal, I created a learning series and hosted and education tour to personally usher our team into the next phase of the company, compliance and all.

Crisis Communications

As an organization trying to go public, we were required to develop a comprehensive crisis communications program that satisfied auditors. When a malicious competitor attacked the brand online, our program was put to the test!

Global Business Development

With big financial goals looming, 1000heads hired me to lead our first-ever business development strategy. In collaboration with our Global Management Team (GMT) we created a plan that achieved results and ended in a $300M acquisition in just two years.

Culture Facilitation

Throughout my career, I've been a passionate advocate for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging. Through a number of initiatives I've led I have been able to positively encourage the work cultures I'm in. From ERGs to surveys, I've worked in many facets of organizational culture facilitation and change.
