I want to help organizations that create positive change in the world operate more effectively.

I have 10+ years of experience in communications and marketing, which gives me a unique perspective on organization development. I take an action-oriented approach to every problem and work diagnostically to understand challenges, collaboratively find solutions, and execute plans strategically.

I'm a humanist at heart. People are at the core of everything I do and believe. Through organizations, whether they be corporate, non-profit, government, education, or otherwise, I think we are able to address humanity's greatest challenges. When those organizations thrive — meaning their teams are motivated and fulfilled, their processes are efficient, and their leaders are values-centered — humanity benefits. My vocation is to support organizations in achieving those aims through strategic communications, leader development and change management.

When I'm not kicking ass and taking names, you can find me at the local brewery. I love the community beer creates and given enough time, I can convince you to love it too! I'm a city girl and have found my home in NYC. I grew up in Utah, which gives me a unique perspective on the world and organizations, and I pride myself on being able to build bridges between people with big differences, because I've been doing it since I was a kid.
